We currently ship within Germany.

Production Time

Every poster is prepared and produced specifically for your order.

For custom posters, your personalized design is generated after you complete the customizer process. Printing, assembly, quality checks and packaging typically take 5–7 business days before your order is ready to ship.

For standard products, orders are typically prepared and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Production times are estimates and may take slightly longer during particularly busy periods or around public holidays.

Shipping

 

Shipping costs and available delivery options will always be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Once we have handed your order to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at hello@storiesofmomentum.com.

We will check the shipment with the carrier and help you find a solution.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will handle the order in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may apply before we can send the order again.

Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@storiesofmomentum.com.

Uncollected or Refused Orders

If your order is not collected from a delivery or pick-up location, or is refused upon delivery and returned to us, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

If you would like us to send the order again, additional shipping costs may apply.

Personalized Custom Posters remain subject to the rules for personalized products described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@storiesofmomentum.com.

For standard products, whether we can change or cancel the order before shipping will depend on its current processing status. Your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Custom Posters are created specifically for you based on your individual choices and made to order. Because personalized products are individually created and cannot normally be resold, custom posters cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged where the statutory exception for personalized goods applies.
