1. About these terms

This website, storiesofmomentum.com (the "Site"), is operated by Stories of Momentum. Our full details are in the Legal Notice. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Site and its content, together with our Privacy Policy.

The Site is currently a blog. We do not sell products or services through it, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

2. Using the Site

You may read, link to and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure;

"Stories of Momentum" and our logo are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

The Journal is published for general information and reflection. It is not professional advice — medical, psychological, financial or otherwise — and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. We take care with what we publish but do not warrant that the content is complete, accurate or up to date.

5. Links to other sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We may update these Terms of Use when the Site or the applicable law changes. The current version is always the one published here, with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Otherwise, the place of jurisdiction is determined by statute.

Any personal information we collect through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because our website runs on Shopify, some information is also processed by Shopify as our data processor — see our Privacy Policy for details.

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you agree we can use them freely, without owing you anything for them or being obliged to keep them confidential. Please don't send feedback that infringes someone else's rights or that's unlawful, and don't misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

If we don't enforce a right under these Terms on one occasion, we can still enforce it later. These Terms, together with our other policies, are the entire agreement between us about your use of our Services.
